The Eastern Caribbean dollar (XCD) is the currency used by 8 members of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States: Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Anguilla, and Montserrat. The currency is subdivided into 100 cents. Its symbol is $ or EC$. The Eastern Caribbean dollar is pegged to the US dollar at the rate of 1 USD = 2.70 XCD.
