Will I receive a notification when my payment has been processed?
Yes, you will receive an email to the address registered on your account shortly after the payment has been processed.
Payments are made on a monthly basis at the beginning of each new month, for the previous month. We aim to have payments processed and paid by the middle of the month.
If you are due a payment, please wait until at least the 20th of the month before contacting us as it may take some time to reach your account.
