Why are some of the referred clients not showing in my account?
Ensure your referrals are using the tracking link provided within your partner account.
For Affiliates, we advise you to click the embedded link on your website/ banners and create a test account, you should see this registration in your partner account within 24 hours. This will help you identify if there are any problems which you can then highlight to your partner manager to further investigate.
For IBs it’s best to check that your clients have signed up through your tracking link. If they have, but their registration is not showing in your partner account, gather the client's email, name and date of registration and send this information over to your partner manager, or the partner's team at partners@oanda.com, and they will be able to assist you with this.
If you cannot provide client details contact your partner manager for support.
